They're my main focus: makers, artisan brands, and small businesses with craft at their core — from jewelry, ceramics, textiles, food and beverage to natural cosmetics. That's completely fine. I can help you shape the story, structure the content, and guide the copy. For visuals, we'll make a clear plan for what needs to be photographed and what can be handled through art direction. I can also create AI-assisted visuals where they make sense.

Yes. A website and conversion audit is one option: I review your existing site through both a design and consumer-insights lens, then give you a prioritized list of what to improve and why. I also take on focused projects such as one-page websites.

A full website typically takes 4–8 weeks, while a brand identity project usually takes 2–4 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the scope, number of pages, complexity, and how ready the content is.

Q: Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes — that's part of how I design the site, not an afterthought. I set up Webflow CMS so the content you're likely to change — text, images, projects, products, articles, and prices — can be updated without touching the design.

What if I don’t have copy or photography yet?

That’s fine. I help structure your content and guide the copy. For imagery, we’ll decide what needs to be photographed, what can be improved and where additional visuals may help.
I can also create AI-assisted visuals where they make sense, for example, product presentations, campaign imagery, or realistic mockups.

Do you offer smaller projects?

Yes. I also offer website audits, brand identity and smaller website scopes when a full site isn’t the right starting point.

Because it gives me the freedom to design around your brand rather than around a predefined theme, while still leaving you with a site you can manage yourself.
Webflow keeps content management, visual editing and hosting in one place, without a stack of plugins to maintain. Its CMS makes regular updates straightforward, and you’re not dependent on me after launch — another Webflow specialist can work on the site later if needed.
It’s a good fit for brands that want a distinctive, carefully designed website without taking on a technical project to manage.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. I build editable content in Webflow CMS and include a handover and a short guide so you can manage regular updates (text, images, projects, products, articles, prices, and other recurring content) yourself.
For structural or design changes (such as adding a new page type or significantly changing a section), you can always come back to me.

What if I sell products — is Webflow still the right choice?

It depends on what the site needs to do. I use Webflow when brand presentation, storytelling and visual flexibility are the priority — for example, for a product-led brand with a curated collection and a strong editorial presence.
If ecommerce operations are more complex, or selling is the main function of the site, Shopify may be the better platform. I’ll recommend the setup that makes sense for your business rather than forcing the project into Webflow.

How do invoicing and payment work?

All project pricing and invoicing is in EUR. Payment is normally made by SEPA bank transfer, with PayPal available for smaller amounts if preferred.
Each payment is supported by an invoice with the project and payment details. If your business requires specific invoice information, just let me know before it’s issued.

Do I need to pay everything upfront?

No. Most projects are split into two payments: 50% to book the project and begin the work, and 50% before the completed website is transferred or launched.
You’ll see and approve both the design and the built site before the final payment. Larger projects can be divided into three stages tied to specific deliverables.

What does the agreement cover, and what happens if the project stops early?

Before we begin, you’ll receive a written services agreement covering scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timeline, payment terms, confidentiality, cancellation and ownership of the final work.
It also explains what happens if either of us needs to end the project early, including how completed work and work already in progress are handled. Rights to the custom design transfer as agreed once payment is complete, while third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

How do we communicate and what language do we work in?

The project agreement and documentation are normally in English, but a bilingual agreement can be provided if needed.
Day-to-day written communication can be in English, German or French; for video calls, I prefer English. Most communication happens by email, with calls at key stages such as kickoff, design presentation and pre-launch review.
If your website is multilingual, I can structure and build the content for multiple languages using copy or translations you provide.
